These are experiments that matter…
This is Culinary Curiosities, my kitchen-lab, where I combine a love of cooking with a refusal to blindly obey instructions. Inspired by agile development, I believe in quick tests, tasty iterations, and pivoting based on what the spoon says, not what the recipe claims. My guiding principle? “To value responding to taste over following the recipes!”
And when a dish flops? I do not stop at “I must have missed a step.” No! I dig deeper. Maybe the garlic was added too early, maybe the onions were under-theorized, or maybe reality just did not align with the cookbook’s ontology. If you are into messy cooking, laughing, and occasionally philosophizing over why your risotto feels emotionally distant, pull up a chair.
